Version v1. These terms apply to standard monthly camp subscriptions purchased online from RedBird Group Pty Ltd trading as MealLink. A separate written agreement governs any custom arrangement it covers.
Company acceptance
An authorised company administrator accepts these terms for the company. The order summary identifies the camp, room band and monthly charge. Stripe processes payment, and the subscription starts when payment is confirmed.
Monthly charges and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly at the amount shown at checkout, including applicable GST, until cancelled. There is no fixed minimum term or early termination fee. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal where available, or email info@redbirdgroup.com.au. Access continues through the paid period, subject to lawful suspension. Convenience cancellations do not automatically receive a part-month refund. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
We give at least 30 days’ notice of price increases or materially adverse changes and allow cancellation before they take effect. Any separately quoted setup, training or support must be agreed in writing.
Use and privacy
The Terms of Use govern use of the app and camp workspaces. The Privacy Policy explains how RedBird handles personal information.
