Using MealLink
MealLink gives camp operators, authorised staff and eligible guests access to meal ordering software. These terms govern use of the website, apps and workspaces. The Subscription Terms and checkout summary govern standard online purchases. A separate written operator agreement governs any custom arrangement it covers.
Stay codes and staff access
Use your own stay code or assigned staff login and keep it private. Camp operators manage stay details, access permissions and meal allowances. Staff should remove access when it is no longer needed. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Meal service and dietary information
Camp operators manage menus, meal suitability, food preparation and collection. RedBird provides the software. An order status or dietary check in the app does not establish that a meal is suitable. Discuss allergies and cross-contact precautions directly with kitchen staff. If anything changes after ordering, contact the kitchen before collecting.
Connectivity
Live ordering and updates require an internet connection. If the app or connection is unavailable, speak with camp staff. Operators should use a manual fallback and reconcile orders and available portions before reopening digital ordering.
Acceptable use
Access only the workspaces and records authorised for your role. Do not use another person’s access, bypass permissions, interfere with service, or submit unlawful or malicious content. Share information only when authorised. Use fictional information in demonstrations.
Access restrictions and rights
RedBird may limit affected access where reasonably necessary to address a serious safety or security risk, unlawful use, or material misuse. Where practicable, RedBird will explain the reason and how to resolve it. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
